Welcome to Giftloora (“Giftloora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Giftloora website, mobile interfaces, and all related services, content, products, and features (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, browsing, or purchasing a gift card on Giftloora, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use Giftloora. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms. We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if eligibility cannot be verified.

2. Nature of Services

Giftloora operates as an authorised reseller and aggregator of digital gift cards, vouchers, and e-codes issued by third-party brands (“Brand Partners”). The gift cards listed on the Platform are issued by the respective Brand Partners and are governed by their own terms, validity period, redemption rules, and conditions, in addition to these Terms. Giftloora does not manufacture, issue, or guarantee the underlying merchandise or services offered by Brand Partners.

3. Account Registration & Security

To purchase gift cards you must create a Giftloora account using a valid email address and, where applicable, a verified mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@giftloora.com of any unauthorised access. Giftloora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts, cashback, and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you authorise Giftloora and its payment partners to process the transaction using the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, mispricing, unauthorised activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Delivery of Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are typically delivered to the registered email address and/or the “My Orders” section of your Giftloora account within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification, payment gateway delays, or Brand Partner system downtime. Giftloora is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or third-party network failures.

6. Redemption & Validity

Each gift card carries its own validity period, minimum/maximum redemption value, and usage restrictions as defined by the issuing Brand Partner. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with such terms before redeeming a card. Expired, partially-used, or already-redeemed cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or revalidated by Giftloora.

7. Wallet & Rewards

Giftloora may credit promotional balance, welcome bonuses, or cashback into your in-platform wallet. Wallet balance is non-transferable, non-withdrawable as cash, and may only be used to purchase gift cards on Giftloora. Wallet credits may carry an expiry period and may be revoked in case of fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised use.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to (a) resell gift cards purchased on Giftloora for commercial purposes without written authorisation; (b) use the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activity; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Platform; (d) misuse coupons, referral codes, or wallet credits; or (e) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law-enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product images, copy, and design elements displayed on the Platform are the property of Giftloora or the respective Brand Partners and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giftloora's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific gift card giving rise to the claim. Giftloora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giftloora, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Continued use of Giftloora after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
